I'd like a loft conversion, but I'm not sure it's possible on my property.
Take a look at other houses nearby. If they have had a loft conversions, and are similar to your own property, it would seem likely there would be no reason as to why one couldn't be built on your own.
Ridge height is ant important factor, but thankfully nearly all the houses that we encounter in this area have enough height to create a comfortable living space.
If your property is leasehold as a flat might be, we can advise you on seeking permission from the freeholder.

My neighbour is worried about us building on their party wall.
We are regulary asked to speak to neighbours in order to explain the building process - we are happy to do so.

How do I apply for planning permission?
We can advise you on how to approach your local council. We deal with Wandsworth council all the time, and would be happy to help you with this stage.
